Returns

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report an issue
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as agreed with the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or wrong items, subject to stock availability
